This song is dedicated to Kelly, because I have gathered from her posts today that it is her birthday. I can’t make any claims as to whether she has ever been called Mister Tibbs in her entire life, but the horns in this song create a pretty festive atmosphere and I can’t stop listening to this Soul Jazz compilation of blaxploitation soundtrack songs, so Tibbs is what she’s going to get.
